& Now We’re Going To Diss You

April 6, 2008

Dear Danity Kane,

In your song “Poetry” you say things like: “like poetry you’re hiding behind the words you’re speaking”

Bitches please, we don’t HIDE behind our words, we USE them.

We use them to say things like: Aubrey O’Day that leather union-suit with the cutout midriff and muffin tops you are wearing has taken my sanity.

And we’re hiding from you because you are wearing designer clothes that look like the outfits I bought at Deb and Wet Seal for cruising the mall in 1997.

We use poetry to explore better, more effective, rewarding ways to use language. Poetry ain’t no puzzle. Believe that.

Yours Truly,

The Vowel Movers
